- Submitting the same article to more than one journal is unethical.
- Manuscripts must not have been previously published in any format.
1.4 Research Misconduct
Fabrication, falsification, image manipulation, data misuse, or unethical practices will lead to immediate rejection and possible permanent publication ban.
1.5 Acknowledgment of Sources
Authors must properly acknowledge:

2. Responsibilities of Editors
2.1 Fair Evaluation
Manuscripts will be evaluated solely on:
- Academic merit
- Scientific contribution

- Relevance to journal scope
Race, gender, religion, nationality, or political affiliation of authors will not influence editorial decisions.
2.2 Confidentiality
Editors must not:
- Share manuscript content with parties not involved in peer review.

2.3 Conflict of Interest
Editors must recuse themselves in cases where:
- They have a personal or professional relationship with the author.

5. Handling of Complaints, Misconduct, and Retractions
